Description:
Demolish old building and clear site for a new 4 bed, 4 levels steel-framed Hampton style residence designed by Walter Bada Designs. Built on a steep slope in a fire zone created complex problems in both design and construction. Major excavation works were required and a new foundation system and 4 new slabs. The steel-frame provide scope for large open living areas.
The property included Pool and Sauna, 4 baths – 2 ensuites, an office, lift from the double garage to ground floor, Escea gas indoor fireplaces, cabinetry, Vergola® aluminium outdoor louvre roof system and multiple features.
